We just require you to be beyond the concept phase and expect founders to have invested their own money already. Sweat equity is expected and does not substitute hard cash investment by founders.
Before we agree to list any company on Angel Investor Engine we will review:
- your business plan
- IP
- Products or service
- growth in the industry sector
- management
- financial
- projections
- your expectations regarding market capitalization.
Where we find flaws or shortcomings we will advise you. If we accept to list you we promise that we will work on your behalf to introduce you to funders whose criteria you match.
